Customer Support
Setting up your account: During the first month as a client, your Account Executive will work with you to ensure your account is set up properly and is working.
Phone Support: We provide phone support M-F between 8am & 5pm. In addition to your Account Executive, there is a dedicated Customer Service support line.
Help Desk/Email: The Help Desk is our primary support management system. From your account you can submit a ticket and manage the progress of that ticket. Our goal is to respond to tickets within 3 business hours
Online Documentation: We have thoroughly detailed each feature and technical item within the system
