Creatives
Upload as many banners, HTML, and text ads that you need
Email Creatives: Enables you to offer a creative with both text and html options, as well as approved Subject lines and a suppression list all tied into one creative
Deployed Creatives: A feature for affiliates to rename creatives so they can track one single creative in multiple scenarios. Typically used for affiliates who have multiple sites or promote your program through keywords
Image Hosting: Allows you to upload images for your HTML creative into your DirectTrack system
Default Creatives/Redirects: Assign a default creative and redirect link in the event that the creative an affiliate is running is no longer valid
Affiliate Management
Contact Records: Organize, sort and store all affiliate information into one easy to use contact management tool
Email: Send out an email correspondence as often as you would like at no additional charge. Create email templates and choose to send both HTML & Text based emails
Automated Notifications: Configure your account to send affiliates emails based on various criteria including lack of activity or commission approval
Specific Payouts: Offer your top performers a higher payout than other affiliates or construct bonus tiers for all affiliate
Customizable Interface: Use variables provide in the admin area to personalize the content shown on the affiliate interface. Post new message and updates to your partners as often as you would like
Accounting
Payment Processing: Choose the criteria for an affiliate receiving their commission (i.e. timeframe and minimum amount earned) and DirectTrack will automatically provide you with a report on which affiliates are owed what
Check Cutting Service: Open an escrow account with us to have use send out monthly checks to your affiliates
QuickBooks: Export your payments owed to a file that easily enables you to import the financials to the latest version of QuickBooks
PayPal: Offer affiliates the ability to receive payment through PayPal.
Manage W9’s: Update your affiliates records to verify that you have received their W9 form and send out notifications automatically to those affiliates who have not provided their W9 yet
Tracking / Reporting
Real-Time Tracking: Normal tracking is done in real-time and updated immediately in the affiliate interface
Multiple Tracking Options: Set up campaigns to track impression, clicks, leads, sales, sub-sales, and co-registration offers
Blended Tracking: Track multiple actions within the same campaign. For example, track leads when a user submits a free registration and/or sales when they purchase something
Cookie or API Tracking: By default, tracking takes place utilizing cookies and tracking code on your confirmation page. Advanced users can configure the system to receive data through an API based on the statistics you track on your end
In-depth Reports: There are over a dozen reports in the administrative area including over campaign breakdown, individual and aggregate affiliate statistics, and specific creative reports. You can further breakdown reports to review details consisting of IP Address and Time/Date of all traffic, the referring website of leads/sales, and specific sale details including date, transaction ID, product, amount, etc.
Campaign Management
Product Specific: Create Campaigns that payout different commission levels based on what products or services are purchased and display individual products reports to affiliates so they can see which products they sell best
Affiliate Specific Campaigns: You can set up different rules per campaign as to which affiliates can see and carry them. You can have public campaigns, private, category specific, or select which is like a double opt-in offer for the affiliate
Threshold Notification: Set up your campaigns to automatically notify yourself and affiliates when the offer is set to expire. This can be done date or based on a certain number of impressions, clicks, leads or sales
Suppression Lists: Upload your own suppression list per campaign, or upgrade to DNE List which automatically manages your suppression files and opt-outs
Displaying your Campaigns: You have the ability to control how your campaign is to be displayed to your affiliates. You can name your offer, add a short and long description, organize campaigns in your list, and add a small image next to each offer
Customer Support
Setting up your account: During the first month as a client, your Account Executive will work with you to ensure your account is set up properly and is working. We also offer a service to set up the account completely for you which takes less than 5 business days
Phone Support: We provide phone support M-F between 8am & 5pm. In addition to your Account Executive, there is a dedicated Customer Service support line.
Instant Messaging: Within you admin area, there is a button that will launch an instant messaging chat with a support representative to ask quick questions
Help Desk/Email: The Help Desk is our primary support management system. From your account you can submit a ticket and manage the progress of that ticket. Our goal is to respond to tickets within 3 business hours
Online Documentation: We have thoroughly detailed each feature and technical item within the system
