Senior QA Automation Engineer

Direct Response Technologies currently seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The position will be responsible to develop and automate test cases for our software products as well as lead, develop a maintainable automation framework, and routinely perform load/stress testing on our systems. Additional responsibilities will be to train and mentor our in-house QA personnel on automated products and best practices.

Skills:

Extensive experience setting up Mercury tools
Extensive experience developing automated framework/templates
Extensive experience automating manual test cases
Experience automating test cases for web-based applications
Extensive experience load testing web-based applications
Extensive experience in PHP (a plus)
Extensive experience MySQL (a plus)
Training
Train QA staff to write automated test plans
Ability to make sound recommendations based on experience and industry best practices

Prioritize customer issues based on severity and follow up accordingly
Multi-task several support issues at once
Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of all Direct Response supported products

Graphic Designer: Consulting Service Group

Provide technical assistance for clients on our DirectTrack product
Respond to client’s help desk tickets via e-mail and phone
Candidates should have customer support experience or a willingness to work with clients. This position requires a degree of direct client contact.
Creating, testing and maintaining the look and feel of the various company verticals.
Work alongside a programming team to develop animation, web GUIs, supporting graphics, and final products
Develop graphics and web pages for use in web-based products along with the understanding and creation of high-end print design for collateral creation

Technical Consultant: Consulting Service Group
